Because NEXORA provides customized digital services, refund eligibility depends on the amount of work already performed and expenses already committed.
1. Before Work Begins
Where a client cancels before substantive work has started, a refund may be considered for the amount paid, less payment processing charges, third-party charges, administrative costs and any work already completed.
2. After Work Has Started
Once work has begun, payments relating to completed work, reserved resources or delivered milestones are generally non-refundable. Any eligible refund will be assessed according to the uncompleted portion of the agreed scope.
3. Completed Projects
Payments for work that has already been completed, approved, delivered or made available to the client are normally non-refundable.
4. Third-Party Expenses
Domains, hosting, premium plugins, themes, API credits, advertising spend, software licenses, stock assets, app-store fees, cloud services and payment-provider charges may be non-refundable once purchased or committed.
5. Milestone Projects
For milestone-based projects, completed and approved milestones are not refundable. Cancellation applies only to future uncompleted work unless otherwise agreed.
6. Monthly Services
For recurring SEO, social media management, website management, marketing, digital growth or maintenance services, the current billing period may remain non-refundable once work for that period has started. Future recurring services may be cancelled according to the agreed notice period.
7. Requesting Cancellation
Submit the request with relevant project or transaction information to support@nexoratechnologies.site.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible. Banking or payment-provider processing times may apply.
