1. Services
NEXORA provides professional digital services including website design and development, e-commerce development, custom software and SaaS development, mobile application development, AI and business automation, UI/UX and product design, branding and graphic design, SEO and search optimization, social media and digital marketing, content and creative services, system integrations and related digital solutions.
The exact scope of each project is determined through the applicable proposal, quotation, package, project brief, checkout configuration or written agreement.
2. Project Scope
Work is performed according to the scope confirmed before or during project commencement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time, additional charges or a revised quotation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information, content, approvals, credentials, files and feedback reasonably required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payments
Payments may be collected in advance, through milestones, through recurring billing or according to another payment schedule agreed for the project. Work may begin only after any required initial payment has been received.
5. Revisions
Revision limits depend on the selected service, package or project agreement. A revision means an adjustment to previously approved work and does not include a complete change of project direction or additional functionality.
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Timelines may change because of scope changes, delayed client feedback, third-party services, technical dependencies, external platform reviews, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may use hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, APIs, plugins, software libraries, advertising platforms, app stores or external integrations. Third-party fees, availability, policies and performance are outside NEXORA's direct control.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of materials they provide; third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses; and ownership of custom final deliverables transfers after all applicable project payments are completed. Reusable internal tools, frameworks, methodologies and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner.
9. Portfolio Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed separately, completed public-facing work may be referenced as an example of services delivered. Confidential information will not intentionally be published.
10. Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Completed work, committed resources and non-refundable third-party expenses may still be chargeable.
11. No Guaranteed Business Results
We work to improve digital quality, performance and business outcomes. However, we do not guarantee specific sales, revenue amounts, search-engine rankings, advertising results, user growth or other commercial outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEXORA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of our services.
13. Changes
These Terms may be updated when our services, business practices or legal requirements change.
